ROLEMODE has a selection of delivery options for our UK customers. We use Royal Mail & our very own drivers to get your orders quickly and safely to you. We endeavor to deliver your items at the earliest possible time and provide updates for your order until delivered. Look out for emails or texts from us when you place your orders.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return your item for a refund, please get in touch with a member of our team stating your order reference number and reason for return. Returns and refunds can only be considered within 14days following delivery of items.

Hygienic products that are sold to customers cannot be returned if the seal is broken and not in-tact. Under regulations such products cannot be resold and therefore will not be accepted for return or refund. Such items will be clearly identified in the product descriptions before purchase.

Upon examination of returned goods, any refunds to the buyer will be processed within 30 days excluding charges for delivery and/or collection.
